Dr. Lindsay is always so understanding and kind whenever I see her. She's quick to try to find the root of any issues. She answers and explains things to me. The ladies at the desk are always kind .
I just had my first appointment today with Lindsey Watson Here in new Smyrna Beach . She is truly an incredible healthcare provider, very knowledgeable of my orthopedic situation and gave me an insight into my upcoming surgery. truly concerned about my health and well-being.
The phone number just takes you to a lady saying "please hold" and will indefinitely keep you on hold. I tried several times, same thing. This is just to remove my email address from their spam aimed at a third person and not me. And try to hire people who want to take phone calls and do their job.

I would actually give 0 stars if it were an option. Their billing office is terrible, I've been fighting a wellness visit that my insurance paid for, even bringing in the proof from my insurance company 2x and they still continue to "update " my account with the $220 charges. You cannot get a hold of anyone in the billing department because the voice mail is full and then unfortunately you have to contact the receptionist who to be fair were more than helpful, but clearly unable to fix said issue.
