Dropped off my soft tub today, hopefully just a re line and a tune up. Met Mason, friendly and knowledgeable.
Jim and Mason installed a pool for me everything was good until they put in the liner it was to hot so the liner failed the next year Jim and Mason came back to redo the liner once again they failed to install it correctly. Jim is now saying he is retired and also injured and that according to the contract because I didn’t pay 100 percent of the fees up front he doesn’t have to honour the contract. So I am left with an almost complete pool but will have to find another company to complete the work
Very highly recommended !! Kanaka Pool & Spa is amazing for price , service and support. I had my used soft tub hydromate repaired there a week ago and I am so pleased to have my soft tub working like new again.
