I was grateful to have Mason and his partner come all the way downtown to do a SoftTub liner replacement job at my condo. He was friendly, responsive, and communicative. Amazing service first attitude from a knowledgeable and friendly guy. I couldn’t recommend him enough!

As a first time customer of Kanaka Pool & Spa, and a senior, I was impressed with the quick and professional communications with the owner Mason. I had a leaking problem with the liner of my Soft Tub. Mason attempted twice to patch the lining to save me money, but the liner was too far gone, and require an ew liner replacement. Mason was able to save me months of waiting for a liner from the Manufacturer back East, and found a suitable replacement liner at a reasonable price, installed and delivered to my home in Abbotsford.... read more

As new owners of a used Softub, we found Mason to be friendly, engaging and helpful. He even lent us a specialized tool that was required to perform a thorough servicing best done while the unit was being installed in it's new location. Pretty above and beyond service for a unit not sold by him, in my opinion. Can't recommend him highly enough! Thanks and keep up the exemplary work.
