Godspeed to my brothers and sisters at Kanak attack. Do ya’ll see this chicken katsu?!? It’s crispy and juicy, plus they have generous portions of the Mac and rice on the side.
We got poke, brisket and tacos from the food truck and it was all AMAZING! The spicy Ahi poke bowl in particular is outstanding. Make sure to get some of the canned Hawaiian Sun juices, they are *very* hard to find on the mainland! Staff is awesome and quick to get your food out!
Aloha, awoon d'bshemaya I've been a Kanak fan for years and I follow them everywhere from Green Acres, Treefort Festival and their pop ups. They're food is delicious, their service has so much Aloha and bringing the taste of the island to Idaho is just amazing!
Kanak Express at Kleiner Park was delicious .(Poke, luau salad with brisket and tacos).Huge, hearty portions left everyone satisfied.
Kanak catered my daughter’s wedding in McCall, and everything was perfect! The deliciousness of the food exceeded my expectations. We so appreciated the option for a Northwest type menu, and loved the huckleberry salmon! We also appreciated the affordability. I highly recommend Kanak!
