Wow! I just got back on from Hawaii, the big Island where my brother has lived for over two decades. He managed to get me hooked on Hawaiian style poke (“everyone knows the best stuff is at the market there”). I cannot recommend this company and actually send out a warning. My daughter booked this caterer for her June 2024 wedding. She communicated with the manager that she has a severe nut allergy, which was noted in writing. She was assured that they could provide safe appetizers, dinner, and dessert for her reception. However, a bridesmaid noticed two platters full of nut-covered desserts on the dinner buffet table. First time having this and I didn't realize how delicious and healthy this place is. It was guilt free as I am currently eating a high protein diet My new favorite!
