I absolutely LOVE all things Kanak Attack! Not only is their food the best, but their service is amazing too! A friendly & super cute young girl took our order, and we later found out that it was actually her dad that was the one on the hot grill, cooking up a storm! They have an awesome team, and I can't wait for the next time I see the Kanak Attack Food Truck out and about! Hopefully I'll get the same daddy-daughter duo again! If you get them, they will not/do not disappoint. So cute!
We used to love this place and I hate having to give a 1 star but for the price we pay I fully except much better than what we got. Usually the chicken is tender and flavorful. What we just got was insanely dry and no flavor. The Mac salad is usually my favorite and tonight the color was oddly brown in color and tasted completely different and very acidic. We ate at the Kanack Attack Food Truck in Cascade, ID yesterday. Wow, for us to have this food option here was amazing. I ordered the Vegetable Stir Fry with coconut rice and their Asian Slaw. Absolutely amazing flavors, texture and taste. You’re my new favorite place to eat.
Just stopped in Cascade, KANAK ATTACK food trailer. The trailer was huge and clean, They had new picnic tables with umbrellas, also clean. I had the chicken street tacos. Oh my goodness! The tacos were loaded and the best I have ever eaten. 3 for $12 was a filling meal. I will be back.
Never on time Understaffed Employees frantic & rude Flies on food Unable to consume food, someone has a heavy hand on the salt How many ways can you cook/season chicken… this place has the same chicken cut for several nights in a row just seasoned differently.
