When I say this was the greatest experience I’ve ever had with a plumber I mean it. Joe was not only a wonderful plumber who solved my gas line issue so quickly, but just talking to him was great! I trust him with all my plumbing issues and will use his services forever! He even went above and beyond to check my gas and water lines in our basement because we just moved in. Absolutely wholeheartedly recommend him!!!! Also great prices and extremely honest!
Joe is a skilled plumber who is very responsive, knowledgeable, straightforward, and honest. His prices are fair and he is happy to answer any questions. We learn so much from him and trust his expertise. We recently called him to figure out why we weren't getting hot water to one faucet. Joe was incredibly knowledgeable, punctual and helpful. We had a manageable leak over the weekend and he was able to get to us on Monday. He found the leak, replaced the drain, and in the process identified our hot water heater was leaking. He offered us a few options for the hot water heater - trying to fix it or buy new - and he was out the next week to install our hot water heater. We will be using Kanai Plumbing again for any of our service needs and I highly recommend you do too!
Joe "Thee Guy" Kanai came out to our house for an unusual request to check and map some storm water drains and pipes. He went above and beyond, was very knowledgable, and took time to explain each of his methods. If you have any plumbing needs please consider him. He was priced fairly and did exceptional work for us. Will be calling him in the future for all of our plumbing needs.
