The Kaibab vistor center gave me Littles business card when my overlander rig had a no crank no start issue up on the east rim trail head. I called first thing in the morning and by 1pm someone was sent out to get me back on the road. The most important thing to me was that they LISTENED to me, were never condescending or talked down to me, and they seemed like they really cared as opposed to it just being a job. We blew out a tire at the North Rim Grand Canyon Visitor Center. About 60/70 miles from anything major. Called Littles for a tow quote. I told them we had 5 people with us and had no way to get them anywhere without our motor home. They were able to get us and our motor home back to their shop for repairs. Since it was after closing and late by the time we got there we had to wait to get the motor home looked at until the next day. We were travel from NC to UT when our camper walls started separating from the frame. We were staying in the dunes with NO cell service. They were so kind and worked with us and our insurance company! We were able to get a new camper and continue our trip! Absolute lifesavers! We are forever grateful

We are on a road trip with our diesel truck and trailer and the truck threw an error code. We popped into Little’s to see if they could run a diagnostic test to see what was up so we knew if we could carry on or had to stop for repair. The gentleman at the counter was kind and courteous and said he could help. He went out to the truck with us, chatted a little bit about our Labradors and his.
