Beautiful views. Nice clean pool. Cheap entry
The website, Google & the sign on the door all said the pool is open 6-8 . Arrived and its closed. Such a bummer to get the kids ready.

Finally checked out Kanab city pool. We got there at 1 pm for an open swim. The first thing I noticed is that there is no shade for the chairs. They are all in the sun. There is a shaded area for picnic tables. I wish they would at least have umbrellas. The kids loved the slide, and we all loved the lazy river and the lap pool. We usually go to Hurricane Pool or Washington City Pool. The thing that I liked more here in Kanab compared to Hurricane pool is that the lap pool starts at 3'6" and slowly goes to 6'. If you're looking for a pretty good public pool with a workable slide and a decent lazy river and plenty of sitting areas and a refreshments stand, all in a small town full of charm and goodness and cowboy hats - you have found it in Kanab City Pool. The grassy area is pleasant; the shade canopies are helpful; and the lifeguards are alert. Like so many small towns in America, it's great. Don't move there.
