I visited Kana Soho Bar and Restaurant last night, expecting a relaxed and enjoyable evening, but what I witnessed instead was incredibly unsettling. One of the bartenders displayed shockingly unprofessional behavior toward a young woman and her group of friends, turning what should have been a fun night out into an uncomfortable and even hostile experience. Bartender with POOR social skills! He offered my friends free shots, however when my friend was going to drink hers he took it out her hands and CRUSHED the shot cup. He said she didn’t “deserve” it because she was being rude by being on her phone. At another point her gave us the middle finger with BOTH of his hand and when asked why he said this is how we celebrate birthdays. Clearly he has no social awareness or respect. BEWARE!
