If i could rate a negative 5 stars i would. On 5/19/2020 i called the store Twice to see and make sure they had my size tires in, and i was assured that they did. i was quoted a ridiculous amount at the store i had decided to leave and keep looking at other places. i got to the door the dark complected guy behind the counter pretty much yelled for me to come back in. he then tells me he could do a full set of [ kelly edge 245/60/18 tires ] for $473.00. i still did not have enough on me so i went and got more money and came b... read more

very bad service.most of the time talking and answering phone my car was in 7:50am done at 11:20am two mufflers.poor job and leaked charge me hourly!! wow
HORRIBLE SERVICE! I took my vehicle in because it was having trouble starting. While I initially believed at was the starter that needed repaired, Monroe assured me it was a bad cable and the battery. After almost 24 hours in the shop and having to call them multiple times when they assured me they would call me I got me vehicle back and everything seemed for about a day.
