I gave them my car for two new front tires and regret it. I don't feel safe driving my car. To start, I got my car back with the two new tires having insanely high psi, no big deal, I ask them if they an equalize my tires. The guy that came out released some of the air, but no care was made to equalize still, so my new tires are still higher than the old ones but he just sent me off like good enough. Ok. Call center schedule appointment and the shop has no mechanic on the weekends. Don’t recommend this at all
$100 more each tire than anywhere else for the same tires.
They have a Terrible Terrible Terrible answering service company. Tried 5 times just to talk with someone at the store who actually speaks English and knows how to pronounce Clio with no luck. Need to find a new local place for all our tire needs.
