Twice in ten years I have used this place trying to get an alignment done. The first time they called me after an hour and said they can’t do it. Ten years later after I come here again for an alignment on the same truck with an appointment made in advanced. I show up and he told he that his mechanic called in today. This is a 4 bay auto shop with people in the waiting room currently getting their stuff worked on by mechanics I hope.
While traveling up north on a SUNDAY afternoon our boat trailer lost 1/2 of it's tread on one tire. Luckily we were only a few miles from the Monroe tire center #1229 in Clio. They had two tires that fit our trailer and squeezed us in. We were in and out within an hour. I can't say enough good things about our experience.

I took my car in on Thursday last week for the air conditioning and they said they didn't have the part to connect it or the machine for the air conditioning for my GMC Acadia 2017. I left it there for a day and the next day I had a flat tire it looks like somebody jabbed something with a knife into my tread.
