They were very knowledgeable and explained everything. Friendly, polite and quick. Will refer them to friends and family!
Techs at the store are good at what they do, but the automated portion of sceduling and answering services make this place a joke. Made an appointment online 2 days prior with specific notes to call if the appointment for an alignment could not be held (since you can't talk to anybody in the store, their automated answering service is the biggest joke). We got a flat tire on Sunday. The auto repair shop owner was incredibly friendly and helpful!! Even though the shop had closed for about an hour, the owner and the staff still accompanied us while we waited for the rental company to approve the tire repair service. Their skills are above excellent! Highly recommended!
I had a flat tire 2 hours from home. No one i called could help me get the spline luggage nuts off my tire to change it. Mike from Monro tires happened to be in the autozone parking lot picking up an air filter and offered to help. He went back to the shop and returned in 10 minutes got the tire off and put on the spare. Had me follow to the garage to remove the rim from my flat tire and inflated the spare. So helpful I could not have gotten home without his help. 10 stars!
