In this place you can get your Pennsylvania-tagged vehicle inspected for safety and emission. No appointment necessary, and the service is quick and reasonably priced. They don't have a credit card terminal, you have to bring cash. (Update) Check your glove box before you come, a valid vehicle registration and valid insurance card are required, the guy won't bend the rules for you.
I arrived around 2:30 today, and not to my surprise there was no one in the office delegating anything so I was forced to go to the garage to speak to someone and of course he was busy but I wasn't sure how long since the conversation he was having was not professional and had nothing to do with the car being serviced so I didn't know if he was talking on the phone or if he was talking to the customer.
