Kamuela Provision Company has so much going for it. The food was absolutely incredible—beautifully prepared, fresh, flavorful, and exactly what you would expect from a higher-end dining experience. KPC provides the perfect ambiance for a special occasion such as my recent Father-Daughter summer vacation to Hawaii. Dinner was wonderful. The 14 ounce Ribeye was cooked perfectly medium and the Half Chicken Confit was succulently prepared in its own juices that gave the meat a moist poultry flavor. My Chicken fried rice and my daughter's jasmine rice were perfect compliment to the main meal. Wonderful experience! I went alone and was able to get a table outside right next to the ocean at sunset. The weather was perfect! The service was amazing. They asked about food allergies, made recommendations and altered recipes so that I could enjoy my meal without worry of getting sick. I had a lovely mai tai, lamb and rice with veggies. Wonderful! We had some entertainment from some furry friends who joined us!
Phenomenal meal with an incredible view. We enjoyed the sunset throughout our meal, with every dish being just as amazing as the last. I would highly recommend the bread basket, catch of the day and the ube shortbread dessert.
