Shortwait times knowledgeable and reputable
Nelson Alcaraz, MD; deserves -10 stars. Went to this guy in a pinch who charge me $350, did nothing to help not even an antibiotic after a second visit within days still no relief. I have. No idea how he has 5 stars on their website.
Avoid this practice like the plague! My daughter was seen here by Dr. Azodi. I had a simple question after her appointment that took 3 calls to be answered. The call center reps sent 3 messages to which were not answered until I spoke to a Supervisor after spending 3 days and at least 30 mins calls. Only to find out they sent a reply after my 1st call and no one made me aware of this. I checked my voicemail to make sure I did not get a message and nothing was there. My pregnant wife had to wait 3 hours just so she could get a refill on her prescription. We are still waiting to see the doctor and are the only ones here. The office closed an hour ago. Don’t come here thinking you will be in and out
