I love this office. Dr. Khazaei and Mehri Jaraha are very nice and gentle. The office staff are on point. I never wait more than 15 minutes when I arrive 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟
Rude staff . Place you on hold for hours and never can get a hold of the coordinator . No one returns your calls . Have to make numerous calls before someone finally answers your call just to place you on hold and send you to voicemail. I purposely popped in the office and see them not answering the phone when it’s not busy in there . Don’t advise coming here
This is unacceptable! The dr can be amazing but need to do better on hiring front desk employees, they are rude and not professional! I been calling the office for the past 3 hours I can't even get a chance to talk and they put me on hold for .30+ min I keep calling I have questions about my appointment I am on a treatment that I need to call the office I was told to call and this is what I have to go through?
