This is unacceptable! The dr can be amazing but need to do better on hiring front desk employees, they are rude and not professional! I been calling the office for the past 3 hours I can't even get a chance to talk and they put me on hold for .30+ min I keep calling I have questions about my appointment I am on a treatment that I need to call the office I was told to call and this is what I have to go through? Best doctor ever is my doctor for more than 20 years never changed him. The wait time for appointment or to see him is difficult but you don’t find Good doctors everywhere. So i don't complain at all.
He is amazing at what he does.I had huge fibroids he got me back right.also all the consultations were explained and broken down to where I understood what was going on with me.
