Very professional management company!
I was not the tenant, but my daughter and her boyfriend were. They were robbed and apt always had a awful musty smell. I myself went to pack up some things and clean and OMG the mold was all over furniture etc from moisture in the place. We called office basically tols o well you still are paying because you are leaving early. I have photos!! Maybe they should remove the negative rental history remarks so that my daughter and her child can get a place. Maybe I should have called lfucg tenant services with these pics 6 years ... read more
Honest review, So far a great experience at 400 Aylesford Pl, good price compared to other apartments close to campus and great communication from Faith! Everything has been working properly so far! Some points that can be improved: * I wish there was more lights inside the apartment but it can be easily fixed with lamps. *Maybe repainting the parking spots lines at the parking lot. 5/5 would totally recommend! Thanks!
Wouldn’t recommend. I had signed a renewal lease with my ex abusive partner and a few weeks later built the courage to leave in the middle of the night out of the state for my safety. This company only cares about money. They refused to allow me to remove myself from the new lease even though the new lease didn’t start until 6 months from then. For them being primarily focused on “campus” and “college students” they leave no wiggle room if something awful were to happen. Like needing to leave a domestic violence situation. I... read more
Rented at the apartments on Aylesford Pl and had no problems. Great company, great customer service, timely maintenance. Great company for college students!
