Horrible servicio dicen que viene y nuca viene llevo una semana tratando con ellos, y nada dicen que nos devuelven las llamadas pero nunca llamas es una pesadilla tratar con ellos
They installed an alert on my tank so they would be able to know when we would be low on propane, but they never came, and we ended up running out of propane and had to wait over the weekend to try and call their company, but they never answered back. We called Alliance, and they came and fixed the entire issue. Absolute horrible service from Kamps!

Nightmare to deal with these people. They say they will install a meter last year, I run out of propane and they say they were never authorized to install a meter. No heat or hot water or stove for a week. They say they will put one on this time, and I check. No meter. I call and they said they will he right back out to put one on. This is the third time doing this exact same circle with them, only this time im glad that I caught their mistake. kamps propane Eric Navarre, in valley center, is the most professional man with the highest in integrity , that I have seen in many many years. He came out quickly resolved all the issues concerning my propane repairs and needs. Eric, chose to go above and beyond the call of duty with the complications that our system had ! If you need a new service or tired of the same old run around from other propane service companies then I highly suggest Kamps, especially being serviced by Eric Navarre.
