So far this has been a very frustrating experience. I had originally called in December trying to set up our propane service. The person that I spoke with on the phone didn't have record of our tank in their system. Even though the previous owners of the house said that this is who their propane service had been through. This might be one of the worst companies to get propane from. Their customer service and I’ve spoke to many people are absolutely horrible and they are zero help. Every time you come in contact with somebody they’re super rude. Never make you feel like that ridiculous amount of money you’re paying is for something positive.

Zero stars would be more accurate. We called to start new service as we just bought our house. Kamps sent a safety check employee who found a leak. No problem. My husband called plumber who repaired the leak. My husband called back to get tank filled as leak was pressure tested and fixed. Kamps proceeded to send another emergency tech out to our home without permission to access our property at 11:30 pm while I was home alone with our special needs daughter. Nothing like being stuck behind your propane truck on the 78 holding up 43 cars total. Law is 5 cars or more you must use turn out. Vehicle Code § 2165678. I wouldn't complain if wasn't every other day for me. Probably every day for someone. Inconsiderate.

If I could assign negative stars I would! These guys locked me out of a fully pressure tested system while I was out of town. Leaving my wife and special needs daughter unable to cook, bathe, or heat the house. I called repeatedly to rectify the situation and was met with rude inept employees. Absolutely do not ever do business with these unscrupulous people!
