I have been trying to schedule an initial inspection since June. It wasn't until today, October 13th, that I requested to speak with a manager over the phone that I was able to schedule an appointment that works with my schedule (an appointment anytime after noon). The representative was very kind and respectful, but every other time that I have called, I have been told that I would be called by the scheduling coordinator, which had not been done. Year after year its one thing after another. Its unfortunate that every call snowballs into something complicated, its never an easy fix. So disappointing, frustrating and a waste of my tie to manage my gas account, does it really need to be this much work. How can I assign zero stars.

Called May8 for propane was told truck would be there Monday May 12. No truck no call no nothing from propane company. On May 19 I was out again so I called another company and they called me back and put in a new tank that day. I called (Mona) for old tank haul away. It’s still sitting here come and pick it up. Your service sucks

They told me for years my propane was not leaking but the were 100% wrong and enjoyed the money they received from their deceit
