Our shower pan in the master bath needed replacement and we met with Steve to discuss what would be needed. He designed a remodel of the shower and we decided to do the floor in the bathroom as well. Each phase of what was needed discussed with us and options were provided. While work like this can be upsetting to one’s routines Steve and his son Nico made sure to provide professional and caring competence each step of the way. In fact we were so pleased that we decided to remodel our guest bathroom which had a tub that was ... read more

I contacted Steve and his associates to work on a ceiling repair project at my house. Steve had worked on another project at my house a few years earlier, and I was so impressed with his work I didn't hesitate to call him again for this job. And once again, his company responded quickly and made quality and professional repairs on my house. I strongly recommend Kampouroglou Homes and Construction because of excellent workmanship and timely response
We used Kampouroglou Homes to frame an entry way and install a door. Niko was great throughout the whole process. He offered some great suggestions and came up with an alternative door idea, which we wound up selecting. During the evaluation he took his time and even showed me how to use some things in my new home.
