In 2020, we hired KAMP construction to build us a house. We asked if he could put in a dumbwaiter. He said yes. The dumbwaiter broke down in June 2023 when we were sending up groceries. Another contractor came and helped us get our groceries out. We have been in touch with Paul constantly to find out there is nothing he can do. He didn't apply for a permit to put the dumbwaiter in, and the town inspector didn't catch it.
