I can’t recommend KAMO enough. If you are in the Olathe area and are looking for a CrossFit gym or are considering CrossFit for the first time, KAMO is a great choice. Their coaches have exceptional experience, the community is amazing and the programming is meant to challenge athletes of all skill levels. I've been a member here for almost one year. It's been a wonderful experience with a great community. Everyone is welcoming and encouraging. I've made tremendous strides in my fitness level after 30 years of being fairly sedentary. They have a great mix of class availability and unlike other gyms I've checked out, it stays consistent. If you are looking to get in shape or better your already stellar self, I cannot recommend Kamo enough.
