We get our fresh flower bouquets from Marcella as often as we can from the Downtown Burlington Centro Farmers Market. They are absolutely stunning and brighten our home each week. We appreciate how lively, generous, and passionate she is about her farm and flowers. It’s such a pleasure to bring their beauty home with us — especially knowing the challenges of the commercial floral industry, where many flowers are shipped long distances, grown with heavy pesticide use, and produced under poor labour conditions. I have bought flowers from Kammerer farm from the farmer’s market and they last forever! I love the bouquets! They brighten any space !!!
Marcella aims to please. Ordered a particular variety of peony online as a birthday gift for my wife. That variety, was very hard to find elsewhere. Arranged to pick it up but life got in the way resulting in multiple changes. Marcella was very understanding. We had a wonderful chat about the farm and her history. My husband and I recently spent an overnight at the beautiful Kammerer Heritage farm. The accommodations were beautiful and the owner took us for a guided tour around the property to see all of the different flowers that they grow. We had a beautiful rooftop patio, where we enjoyed charcuterie and some wine in the evening. Our sleeping quarters were lovely and it was all very private.
