I've been a patient for almost 10 years and for a while, everything was great. I had nothing but great things to say about this place and recommended them to everyone. Dr. Byrd delivered my daughter and it was a really great experience. But recently it's been really hard to get someone on the phone to schedule an appointment, it would take me days to get through to someone at the front desk. Do not trust these people. They have all kinds of hidden fees and will actively lie to you about payments and what fees you will incure. You are also required to pay for all services before they have even been performed or may never be performed. They will also tell you that certain procedures are Mandatory and then are told later that they are not. I hope the doctors here find somewhere else to practice as they are good but the organization should be removed for fraud.
Dr. Buckheit and Dr. Wheeler are amazing! They are so compassionate and empathic. I went through a very traumatic few weeks, and they were both extremely helpful start to finish. The attention and patience from them was above and beyond what I have ever received from an OBGYN practice. You can count on them and their team!
Really wanted to leave 5 stars and feel sad to leave such a negative review but I feel it’s my responsibility as a woman who recently delivered with Kamm. I chose Kamm McKenzie as my new OBGYN before my second pregnancy and I was excited and felt reassured we would be in good hands. I am 19 weeks pregnant & just moved to the area. Kam McKenzie came recommended by a couple of friends. I have been trying to get in touch with them for 2 weeks now and they will not answer their phone or return calls/texts. Frustrating, but I’m glad that I don’t have to deal with this terrible communication and customer service for the second half of my pregnancy.
