I went here and had such a positive experience the first time. A couple years later I went for something emotionally difficult. The complete lack of sensitivity I experienced from the staff, other than my OB (Jillian Hale, who was amazing & if she was elsewhere I’d continue to see her) was ridiculous. I loved my provider, Dr. Byrd, so this review has nothing to do with her excellent care. If she was at a different office, I would be thrilled to see her elsewhere! However, this office simply does not answer the phone, as many reviewers have stated. You are immediately forwarded to a phone tree, and all options require you to either leave a voicemail (which is not returned promptly or at all), or the line continuously rings until it goes dead. While the providers at this office have consistently been exceptional, our recent experience with the medical assistant was deeply disappointing and unprofessional. My wife and I had an unforeseen test added to our visit, which understandably extended our appointment. When I politely asked the medical assistant to slow down so we could better understand the next steps, she became visibly irritated.
