I am extremely disappointed with the way this office handled my boyfriend’s recent medical situation. He was hospitalized last week for possible appendicitis and was actively vomiting green bile — a very serious symptom. He was also diagnosed with coronavirus at that time. Despite this, when he requested that his FMLA paperwork be completed to protect his job, the doctor refused to sign the form.
