Beware of Estimate Low Balling! Estimate to build a 13 foot wall with door was $4,043.20. Final bill $6,387.21! No new discoveries or additions during construction. Now, I am left to come up with the extra $2300! Can't even complain to licensing board because this is apparently a great tactic for a company to use.
He was early. Fixed the issue without any issue. I will call again if services are needed.
