Moved into a 2 Bedroom at Riverside Park about a month ago. Excellent office staff and maintenance personnel. Very responsive. All neighbors are very polite and easy-going. Will probably be staying here long term, just because I've dealt with other horrible property management companies in the area (Eaglecrest) in the past that were unresponsive to maintenance issues and kept my security deposit without reason.
