Terrible attitude. I was 30min early for my appointment and asked if they’re available. The gentleman asked me to sit there and wait. 23min into waiting, my assigned hairdresser told me that she’s running 10min late and asked if that’s okay. Can I say no? She then said to me with a very combative attitude: “You came early!” She repeated it 3 times and wouldn’t let me say anything. Would you still trust a person like this with your hair?
This was by far the best haircut ive ever gotten. Tammy is so sweet - always engaging in conversation, and making the overall expitirience delightful. I showed her a picture of what I wanted, and I got exactly what I wanted. Definetly going back!
I’ve been going to see Tammy and Tomo for 20+ years. They are extremely talented, kind and efficient. I bring my family there and they love the salon. We highly recommend it to everyone. You get a 5 start service with very reasonable prices.
I’ve been going to Tami for over 10 years, even before she and Tomo opened Kaminotech. I no longer live in the city, but drive 2 hours to come in just so she can cut my hair. No one compares. My partner sometimes joins me and books with Tomo - we absolutely loves Tomo’s work, too. Their style/skillset is incomparable. I haven’t found anyone else that comes close.
