Great! He really helped me. My AC began not cooling very well. As it happened, I had 2 HVAC companies come out. Kamikaze's man was the honest one, did open the housing and inspect, and Kamikaze's estimate was almost 4 times less expensive. The other company was gouging me, painful to see. I wouldn't have taken their estimate, regardless. But Kamikaze saved the day. A small company with a big heart and cares about their customers and it showed right from my first call. Jessica(co-owner) was very knowledgeable on the phone and was able assest my problems with the outside ac unit by my explanation of what the AC was doing. My description of the sound I heard and unit fan issues, Jessica said it sounds like your capacitor which the service man Mark(co-owner) confirmed. Took Mark about 5 minutes to assest and repair.
