This has been the best experience I've had with a HVAC company. Storm caused my AC unit to not work. House temperature went up to 89°. Mark and Jessica made sure that we had AC as soon as possible. House is cool again, all happy. If y'all have AC problems ease call: Kamikaze cooling.
Mark and Jessica are lights out great! Our stat install didn't go quite right but one call to jessica and Mark showed up quickly and trouble shooted the problem until he solved it. We have had countless bad experiences and we are sold on Kamikaze! I will quote Mark when he said "we had to resolve this issue now as it's 102 degrees today" Thanks Much Marty Grozdanich
We had a rough start, due to a tech being overcome with heat exhaustion during the service call. They persisted though and sent out their Supervisor on another day. We cleaned the pool filter and worked through all of the diagnostic steps to isolate what we believe to be the problem. At this time it looks like the solution was a faulty circuit breaker and not the Aqua-Cal unit. We also replaced the 50A circuit breaker with a 60A. Kamikaze went over and above to service my request. When the manufacturer took several months to replace a part, kamikaze replaced it themselves so that my equipment would run and replaced it when the part finally came. I highly recommend Kamikaze
Technician called ahead as requested. Arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. They had my system back up and running quickly and at a reasonable price. Highly recommended!
