The best shop in town! Bought a used bike and brought it to Kamikazi to be fixed up/serviced and am glad I did. The owner Kris was willing to work with my budget instead of price gouging like other stores in Collingwood. Staff are super friendly as well, happy I stopped by here and will see you guys again soon!
As a first time e-bike customer, I immediately felt comfortable when I was greeted at the door by Maddie. She helped me find exactly what I was looking for, while the owner helped my husband build his new bike. It was clear they knew what they were doing (Maddie was helping out that day and what she didn't know, someone else did). We walked out excited about our new bikes and felt good knowing this was the shop who will look after us as we grow in this brave new world of cycling in GB!
Staff care about what they are doing! A lot of work goes into these older builds! Can’t thank them enough to be honest, it’s really reassuring to know that they are willing to go above & beyond to try to satisfy your needs!
