WOULD'NT recomend,. Unless you enjoy DRUNKS & DRUGGIES. manager is fine but the owner Ben Shoval doesnt give the manager enough power. other than the obvious reasons not to rent here its fine. bug free, utilities paid, furnished and month to month.
live here right now, not a bad place. manager is very nice, place is clean and maintenance is quick. month to month etc. at a reasonable price considering what you get.
