I have been going to Kamfitness for over 2 years now and I can honestly say she has changed my life. After having my second son I found it so hard to find time for myself. She encouraged me to try the class for free and to even bring my kids! I did and not only did I love it but so did they. She had a space for your kids to play while you work out. I have seen slow and steady weight loss and strength gain. I have recruited friends to join and I am so shocked more women don't know about this little gem! Thank you Kam! 😊

I was visiting from Salinas and came to Kamfitness Health & HIIT with my friend, Sheena Tiller. Lauren was our instructor, she was informative, kind and had great tips. I loved the class. It had been a long time since I had participated in a HIIT class and she made me feel welcome and showed me modifications. I highly recommend anyone who either lives in Paso Robles to come check out this gym or if you're visiting they make you feel welcome.

I love Kamfitness! I had a hard time after my mom passed away and I started there to boost my mood and get me out of the house. It’s been life changing. It’s helped pull me out of a depression & made me feel (and look) so good! Kam is consistent and modifies workouts for my body. I had really never worked out before and didn’t know what I was doing but it didn’t matter. I felt at ease there, unlike other gyms. Highly recommend you check her out if you want to start feeling your best!
