Horrible!!! I made an appointment and arrived on time. I had to wait awhile and I had the opportunity to chat with the elderly receptionist/assistant. She complimented something I had purchased online and when I told her where to buy one like mine, she admitted that she did not know how to use the Internet. WHAT???????
