Called @ 9am, seen @ 2:15pm same day. Dr Klosterman was very thorough, addressed the issues. Very personable.
Dr Klosterman is my wife’s primary doctor and she loves and trust her. So I decided to switch physician and to be honest with you; I’m happy I did. Not only is she up to date with my medical history, but very knowledgeable, thorough, listens to my concerns and the feedback she gives are very detailed and helpful. She is very detailed oriented and explains issues vs prescription and how they work. Definitely a keeper when the patient feels comfortable and relaxed.
Wait time was very short. Dr Klosterman answered my questions and got me in and out quickly. I appreciate her bedside manner and the efficiency of the entire staff.
Dr. Klosterman was very professional and thorough. Great physician.
