Please do not take your car to this man. You will only regret it. My Mercedes SL500 had an issue with the roof not coming down and Kamal said he could fix it with a new SAM unit. He knew this was so I could sell the car in the summer months – something I wanted to do quickly. I took my car in on 8th June 2024 and got it back on 8th of October after having to get the police to threaten his arrest to get my car. The roof was still not fixed. Poor service, misdiagnosed the issue, and charged me for work that didn’t fix the problem. Had to go to another mechanic to get it sorted out. Not going back.
Not a real mechanic experience completely disrupted my business costing me customers and income.If you value your money and time stay far away from this place.
To make matters worse, they charged me a hefty fee for the work and refused to take responsibility for the ongoing issues. I ended up taking my car to another shop, where they quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem—something this place should have caught the first time. I would not recommend this auto electrician to anyone. Save your time, money, and stress and go somewhere else.
My experience was worst with this person. He always confused and not sure about what part need to repair. My car worth £10k and need one part need to repair but after wasting my 1 week he said sell the car. Not recommended. Wastage of money.
