EDIT: Update about 7 months later. We still LOVE our pool so much. However, I the customer service- not so much!!! Getting them to get back to you or come look at a problem you're having is ridiculous! It should not take several texts, emails and phone calls to get a response, only to be told that they thought the problem had been fixed by their guys. We were happy with our pool installation, etc. it looks great and is fun to swim in. The problem we are having now is that we had a problem with the unit that runs it and come to find out, the company won’t honor the warranty due to there was not a check valve installed. The heater is shot and now we can’t get Kamea to return our phone calls so the cost comes out of our pocket. We feel like it possibly was a bad unit but it was also installed incorrectly. Kamea Pools is an excellent company that installed our swimming pool. They were extremely competent, personable, detail-oriented, and effectively communicated with us throughout the entire process. Do you want real live people who care about their work and take pride in what they offer? It’s Kamea pools. Service has been top notch. Answering every question I have even when I want the technical stuff. Heck, Even just shooting the breeze. They show up as contractors and leave as your buddies.
