I never met Dr… however, I finally was able to get all my paperwork taken care of and walked in today to make an apt. Some lady in plain clothing walks up stating we cannot see you. We are booked until January. I said that’s fine, then she stomped we will call you and waked off. She was so rude! I was operations manager for Laser Eye Center for 22 years and would have immediately suspended any employee that would treat a patient in that manner. This doctors office is an absolute joke. The front desk staff is easily the most useless, dismissive group I’ve ever dealt with. Trying to get a simple appointment felt like begging for a favor. And the wild part? Every time I walked in, the place was dead empty — no patients, no line, nothing. Yet somehow they act like you’re ruining their day just by asking them to do their job. She is the best doctor I have had in years. Very caring and thorough. Doesn't ever get impatient when you have questions. Answers messages same day. She's the best all around.
