Kambu offered a kids health care check up at Karalee state school, I booked my littles ones in for it, the doctor was going to subscribe an ointment for an issue he had, but never did, it was pretty rushed that day as it was a first time at that school so I had patients and trusted the process.. 2 days later still no script had come through, so I called, they said they would send it through by the end of the day, end of the day comes I get a text for an appointment but no escript. This place doesn't even deserve a star. We travel to come here just to be told my sons appointment has been cancelled no notifications or anyone letting me know until we got there. Also get mucked around so much with appointments avoid this place completely it's not worth it.
Yep , final straw yesterday with this place, waited 5 weeks for an appointment, finally got there to be told cancelled again. And then can't get another appointment until another 3 weeks, when you're in pain it's just not good enough. Looking for a new Dr.
Great Doctors Surgery, Friendly Staff. I believe it does need better Doctors though who are more understanding and take the time to actually listen to your medical issues.. The doctor/patient care is the only issue
