I'm at homeowner next to one of the properties Kambri manage. I've called the Managing Broker , Karyn Murphy about my concerns with tenants and still haven't received a response. This call was after I send numerous text and phone calls to Kevin Carter who i'm assuming is one of her associates. Overall, im highly disappointed in their communication and wouldn't recommend their services to investors for managing their asset.

My lease was transferred to this company and since then my maintenance requests have not been taken seriously. I’ve submitted numerous requests for the ant problem and they schedule a technician that doesn’t come and marks it as complete. The pipes for my kitchen sink completely came apart leaving it unusable and moldly when I have three kids, I have called and they say they will call back and never had. I’m a current tenant that Kambri realty manages in the city, my account manager is Annette Chavez she always does an outstanding job as far as communicating is always very responsive. She always makes herself available anytime I have issues or concerns I would recommend Kambri realty for anyone looking to rent.
I am experiencing great service from Annette , she does her job very well . Managing my building and taking care of small problems
