I’d give zero if I could. This man was terrible to me over things that were out of my control. First I had to fly out of state for a funeral of my brother. 2nd I don’t drive and had no ride. 3rd a coal truck hit and killed a young girl today on 152 slightly past stone coal. The road is closed and we can’t even get out of the holler.
