The reception in the medical centre is rude and impolite.
Very very rude receptionists. Specially female receptionist. They treat patients like children and behave like matrons. Very very rude.
So hard to contact the practice.. the line cuts off after all the recording. They do not communicate via emails, not sure if there is any other way to cancel the booked appointment. They also charge fee if you do not show up to your appointment. What a joke !!! They don’t respond to emails and they don’t pick up phone calls !! Been on hold for 10 minutes and then the call hung up
