Experiencing the rude woman is on reception( Indian) don’t want to help the visitors and I understand all the reviews mostly mentioned the bad behavior of the receptionist. Never coming back
Waiting time is horrendous, but love Dr Goel, been seeing him for years. Unfortunately there’s a receptionist that’s just downright rude. Receptionists are the first people you interact with, so when they make you feel unwanted, then my response is “I will take my business elsewhere” if that’s how you talk to your clients. Also, difficult to get a booking in. Never coming back.
I don't know who the rude woman is on reception, but she needs to go. ZERO STAR RATING. Bring back Christine,
The doctors are great but the administration is terrible!! Good luck to ever get through on the phone!!!! I had a telehealth appointment with a doctor today, missed her call she left a message for me to call back, I've literally been trying to call through for over 40 minutes now, I'm on the phone waiting to go through for 5 minutes then the phone hangs up over and over again.
