I started at Kamax 10/2011 and left 9/2015. When I first started and up until about 2014, I liked working there. I had no issues or problems until people were leaving and not being replaced. Short staffing & over working the employees is Kamax biggest issue. The other issue is that HR should be mutual and not just side with the managers. Managers are not always right.
