Specialties Authentic Hawaiian-style Shave Ice Pitaya & Acai Bowls Dole Whip Frappes and Smoothies History Established in 2012. After not being able to find shave ice like we enjoyed while growing up in Hawaii, we decided to bring authentic Island-style shave ice to the Valley ourselves. We fly our syrup concentrates in from Honolulu and use only pure C&H sugar - no high fructose corn syrup here! We also have pitaya and acai bowls, smoothies, cold brew coffee, frappes... you gotta stop in and check us out!
