The local dealer was very unhelpful on parts for my commercial mower. They ordered the wrong stuff multiple times with little concern for my business. I called Andrew Manders at Motion Industries and he cross referenced the belt and got me back running asap! Can’t tell you how important customer service like that is for small business! Think you can’t find a part? Pick the phone up and call the Delmar Delaware location of Motion Industries and ask for Andrew Manders!
Counter to reopen soon, still I was able to text an IH mower bearing P/N and come home with exactly what I needed. At a reasonable price too! Never disappointed with Kaman!
