I don't know what these other reviewers are talking about. I wasn't even an "established" customer, but I called on a Friday around lunchtime to order a bearing that I needed ASAP. I was offered not one, but THREE options to meet my specific needs - including an overnight option with Sat delivery. I chose the Monday delivery instead. C/S was very helpful, informative, polite, and followed through 100%. The correct bearing arrived Monday as-promised.
