Talk about the dumbing of America! I went in to purchase an o-ring and found out they had to order it. A senior desk person measured it and I came back the next day to be met by a young desk jockey who flipped the package on the counter, walking away to do the paper-work. My ring was about 3.5" and in o-rings in the pack were 12"s. Just a tad off. He immediately goes into a rant how every time they order o-rings, this happens. Aug 2014, walk-in to the counter, needed help ordering multiple parts for a jr high school project. Kind of knew what I needed, the staff was able to fill in the blanks and get me the right parts at the right price. They were extremely helpful and patient with me, phones were ringing off the hook but they stuck right with me. Customer service and product knowledge is off the charts. Small or big customers...
