Sure ain't what Allied used to be. I can't begin to count all the times I was looking for a bearing assembly and all Allied asked for was some basic info and a part # and they would cross reference and let you know something. Not anymore. You'll get "uh...uh...uh... I've never heard of that before. I can't get that." and they haven't even asked for the part #. Economy tanking, people everywhere looking for jobs and they won't even bother to type in some info to check and see if they can make a sale.
