Not open during advertised hours. Just came from there and they don’t answer the door or the phone and Google is reporting them open right now.
Very knowledgeable and professional. They actually care about their customers. I had them help me with my TRPR application last year and they helped me with visitor visa application for free and now they are helping me with my work permit application for free again! Still waiting for my PR application to be processed but I understand it’s the IRCC.
Fantastic services! Very professional and very friendly staff. I'd say they are probably the only one who actually care customers enough to extend their business hours and work around our hours. I have tried other firms before but the schedule just does not work out. I'd have to take a day off for an appointment, which is really the last thing I want to do. Bonny and her team went beyond.
