So unprofessional, rude, Angie Juanita and the whole office. I been in an ongoing battle with them for 2 years and they just informed me the contract I signed was just for their office not for the hoa or whatever I proceed to have Juanita break it down and explain it but she got upset and hung up on me. Like I'm not going to keep paying someone who can't properly hold a conversation about the routines of the office. When the lawyer showed up to court he had no knowledge of what had been going on in the office.

One of the most unprofessional business I've ever dealt with. They will find ways to keep you in debt and constantly paying them, or else they will threaten to take your home away. They won't call you to tell you that charges are accruing. I almost had my balance paid off and 20 days before my final payment they added $3000 in charges and refuse to give me an itemized list as to why they have added those charges. I feel as if I'm getting scammed and taken advantage of. STAY FAR FAR AWAY.

If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. I don’t even know where to begin. Angie has been the worst—from communication (or lack of), to follow-ups, to her overall attitude. She is consistently rude and unprofessional. If she dislikes her job this much, why is she still working there? Any simple question is met with smart, dismissive remarks.
