A nightmare. Big business shoving homeowners around. Not so hot on really attending to HOA facts and well being. Just as happy to lead HOA boards toward lawsuits then charge them an arm and a leg to represent them. If you are looking to create a nice neighborhood that is fair and decent, find an attorney that is like minded - this firm is not - they are the great whites in terms of legal sharks, in my opinion and experience.
These people are thief's, I'm being billed over 800.00 in attorney and court fees. That's almost a much as my yearly HOA dues. This place is impossible to reach, no easy way to schedule payments, they require you to send a fax or snail mail to initiate payment plan. Things are bad enough as it is in this world and to have these clowns and their scare tactics adding to your stress is unbelievable.
STAY AWAY!!!! These people are CORRUPT as it gets! I dont have the money to feed my kids after I am trying to save up $800 now for them sending me a warning letter for a violation at my condo. It was $684 for them to simple send me a warning letter($125 is normal cost from a legit attorney, some exist out there). Now they keep tacking on fines for not paying and Ive told them I cannot afford the first bill. These people have effected the livelihood of my kids, Im not concerned about myself. I am disappointed that this law firm does nothing to confirm that an accusation has merit before sending a notice to cure to a condominium owner, and billing over $400 for the false accusation. I recently received a letter from a member of this firm directing me to remove an item from the exterior of my building and repair damages. However, the item in question was never attached to the building / installed in any way, just apparently assumed to be by someone who saw it out on my balcony from a distance down below. I can't imagine our Board not having the security we get from having K&C as our lawyers. I can turn to them for help dealing with the Covid19 situation. I have used a wealth of material, particularly love the letters I can use so I don't need to write one from myself. The seminars are terrific. And I can pick up the phone and call for help at no cost!
The firm accused me for short-term rental, but they failed to send me a proof with their baseless allegation! Furthermore, they don't provide an email address so that can be used as a legal form of communication. This is exactly what they claim on their website, which they don't follow!!
