Worst experience I’ve had threading my eyebrows and I’ve been getting them done for 10+ years now. I had been coming to Kamala all throughout college but will never be back for threading. I expressed to her very clearly when I came in that I only wanted a CLEAN UP on my eyebrows, NO SHAPING! I have naturally thick eyebrows and like to keep the fullness. I am really disappointed. I am mad and feel dumb. I got henna for my daughter on both hands. It took her Les than half hour to do it and charged me $65 and on top of that she had the nerve to ask for tips. Not just that but the product she used is expired I will add the picture. I used to do my eyebrows there and upper lips ever 2 weeks. Most of the time she does a good job but this time with the service. I will never go back. She lost me.
