Very opinionated on personal life choices such as cigarettes social drinking, gives lectures on those type of things and talks down on the patient while doing so in a harsh loud tone, wouldn’t ever recommend being transparent and if so to a real small extent, after that experience I never came back to him and immediately changed my primary doctor
Dr. Batra was recommended by a friend(I trust with my life). I say that proudly because if it wasn't for him. I don't know if I would be here today. Harlem Hospital emergency room sent me home to die. So it's safe and PROUD to say... Dr. Batra saved my life!!! SERIOUSLY... Very smart and Wise man. May God bless his whole union
Called the office to make an appointment but was told my insurance was ineligible but my insurance said I was and provider was in network and asked me to have the provider call them directly to resolve the issue. The office did not even bother to call and resolve after follow ups sending me in loops. Dont know about doctor but the office staff is def not good. Cancelled and moving on to another doctor.
Dr. Betray is my doctor for about 4 yrs. He is very smart and a very good physician familiar with all aspects of an illness. This is my experience, Dr Bata takes everything into consideration when treating his patient, me.
