Brian Wada and Karen made our backyard baby luau 100% easy and delicious. They deliver fresh, tasty island food full service with chafing dishes and even added a few surprises which was wonderful. Uncle Brian and crew did an amazing job at both of our events. Tents, tables, chairs, linen, etc. were all clean and functioning properly. The food was delicious, and the pricing was reasonable. Will come back for future party needs.
Tl;dr: Easy to work with, punctual, professional, and great tasting food. Booked Brian and his company to cater our HS reunion. We initially thought we would have about 200 people, but then realized that we would have less and Brian was able to change our amounts and costs accordingly within a few days.
